Robert Stitts, a senior at El Cerrito High in California, won the boys 100-meter dash final in a wind-legal 10.71 seconds at the Stanford Invitational at Cobb Track and Angell Field in Palo Alto, Calif. Stitts also ran a wind-aided 10.52 in the prelims earlier in the day.
