Daniel Harper, a senior at El Cerrito High in California, won the boys seeded 200 meters in a wind-aided 21.28 seconds at the 56th Arcadia Invitational at Arcadia High in California. Harper also secured second place in the seeded 100-meter dash in a wind-legal 10.60 seconds, along with contributing to a third-place finish in the invitational 4x100-meter relay in 41.62 seconds.
