Daniel Harper, a senior at El Cerrito High in California, placed second in the boys invitational 200 meters by clocking 21.38 seconds into a strong headwind at the 64th Mt. SAC Relays Presented by Nike at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. Harper also finished fourth in the invitational 100-meter dash in a wind-legal 10.60 seconds.
